Matt and Leslie are Charlotte and Charleston wedding photographers. We love the South, sweet tea, our Shih-Tzu and all things Southern when it comes to weddings. We call Charlotte home and Charleston our second home. We have been doing photography professionally for 3 years, and for many years prior as a hobby. Our wedding photography style is classic, clean, modern and fresh. We were just married in May 2010 so we know how hard wedding planning is and how difficult choosing a wedding photographer can be! We came to choose wedding photography from two totally different paths. Leslie moved from Charlotte to NYC to pursue a fashion education. While there, she began working through internships on editorial photo shoots, and fell in love with the art side of photography before migrating back to her Southern roots in the Carolinas. Matt, a self-professed techy fell into photography from the technical side of the camera. Together, we decided becoming wedding photographers was the best path for us. You’ll find us now, traveling between Charlotte and Charleston, photographing beautiful Southern weddings and enjoying life!
